Project consists of storm sewer replacement and road reconstruction. Storm sewer including the following approximate major quantities of work: 530 LNFT of 36” storm sewer, 144 LNFT of 15” storm sewer, 3 concrete manholes and 3 inlet manholes, 2 driveway inlets, 2 curb inlets. Road reconstruction including the following approximate major quantities of work: 700 SQYD 7” aggregate base, 233 SQYD 8” concrete pavement, 500 TN 7” asphaltic pavement, 595 LNFT curb & gutter, 140 SQYD milling, 270 SQYD sidewalk construction, 100 SQYD sidewalk ramp, 108 CUYD concrete driveway; miscellaneous seeding, erosion control, and traffic control.
Replacement of cast iron water system distribution piping with new C900 PVC. Includes approximately 11,500 lf of 4” and 6” C900 PVC and 1,000 2” HDPE water mains, 3,000 lf of 1”, 1 ½ ” and 2” PE service line, 29 valves, 91 service connections with meter pits and ARM meters to work with existing ARM system, 14 fire and flush hydrants, 1 bulk water station, all waterline connections and abandonments as required, site/surfacing restoration, erosion and traffic control, and all other work for a complete and operating as intended system.
Approximately an 85’x 44’, single-story wood frame office with a TPO parapet roof that will be abut an existing PEMB warehouse with CMU walls. The office portion will contain Six single occupancy offices, Twelve-person Conference Room, Twelve Cubical Workstations, Director/Entry area, Private Meeting Room, Break Room, Mechanical Room, Male and Female Restrooms. The warehouse portion will contain one Uni-Sex Restroom, a mechanical room, and concrete work. The exterior finishes will consist of 4” face brick and flush metal architectural panels with aluminum storefront windows/door systems. Site work will be limited to demolition of existing foundations, concrete and sidewalk (as needed). Four new parking stalls will be constructed as well.
